At Vismaya Silks and Sarees, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our products.

Return Eligibility & Conditions
Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Product: If the item is received in a damaged condition.

Quality Issues: If the product does not meet the expected quality standards.

Change of Mind or Personal Preference: Returns will not be accepted if the customer simply does not like the product, unless there is a defect or issue.

Return Process
Continuous Parcel Opening Video Required: Customers must provide a continuous video of the parcel opening as proof of the condition in which the item was received. Without this video, return requests will not be entertained.

Initiating a Return Request:
Customers need to raise a return request through their dashboard on our website.
The return reason must be clearly mentioned.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must upload clear photographs of the product, price tags, and packaging condition at the time of receiving the order.

Item Condition for Return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all price tags intact.
Any signs of usage, washing, or alteration will lead to rejection of the return request.

Courier & Shipping Fees:
Customers will be responsible for bearing the shipping/courier charges for returning the item.
In case of a valid return (incorrect or damaged product), we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per our policy.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check conducted by our team.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the return request is rejected due to non-compliance with our terms, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product.
